Hoss Intropia lends air of Spanish haute couture to Tashkent Art Week
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Spanish fashion label Hoss Intropia on October 5 presented its designs at the Youth Art Palace. Titled ‘Silver Line’, the fall-winter collection offered elegant pants, skirts, blouses and coats as well as trendy accessories.

Hoss Intropia’s Fall 2012–Winter 2013 Collection was dominated by reserved colors that blended with bright accents, comfortable styles and interesting accessories. The daily wear and evening dressed are crafted in grey, aquamarine and terracotta colors. Hoss Intropia’s designs combined high boots with short dresses, high shoes with long skirts and quilted down-padded vests.

Paraded along the runway along with pants, skirts, blouses and coats were belted handbags, hats, gloves, scarves and exquisite bracelets. And, of course, chic floor-length dresses inspired by the 1920’s and 30’s.

Founded in 1994 by Paloma Vázquez de Castro, Spanish brand Hoss Intropia develops its founder’s experience as the designer for the National Ballet of Spain, interpreting it into a collection of sleek shapes and feminine details. With design, quality and innovation at the heart of the European brand, Hoss Intropia is an eclectic mix of the wearable and the fashionable. Utilizing vivid hues and elegant color stories, the Hoss Intropia collection works chic and feminine patterning into each seasonal collection, providing individual and timeless clothing with a broad appeal.

Yekaterina Peskova, fashion designer (Uzbekistan):

“I enjoyed tis show. The collection was interesting as was the atmosphere, the designs and the music. I think that every event held as part of Style.Uz makes for a big breakthrough and I’m convinced this helps take our culture, arts and fashion to a new level. The Week helps discover new talented designers while enabling established professionals share their skills with them. I am very proud that our country hosts fashion shows by this sort of fashion houses.”

Elvina Asanova, student (Uzbekistan):

“I think this was an awesome fashion show and I loved the collection. The daily wear designs and evening dresses were beautiful. In fact, I’m a fan of this Spanish brand as there is something unique about it. For example, the evening dresses were decorated with interesting silver details. Everything – from the music to the catwalk – have made for a great pick.”
