High speed train to link Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan

High speed passenger train will link Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in 2014, the press service of the Ministry of transport and communication of Kazakhstan said.
The ministry said that high speed passenger will run between Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan) in 2014.
New route will help to satisfy growing demand for passenger transportation on Almaty-Tashkent direction and decrease travel time 1.5-2 times.
