The shareholders of the bank distributed net income of the bank for 2012-2013 at the size of 531.627 million soums.

The shareholders directed 26.045 million soums to form reserve fund and 504 million soums to increase the charter capital.

The charter capital will be increased due to growth of nominal value of the shares. In the result, the charter capital of Hi-Tech Bank reached 17.532 billion soums.

The shareholders kept other part of net income at the size of 1.582 million soums as undistributed.
