Hi-Tech Bank directs 2.4bn soums to raise charter capital
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Shareholders of the private closed joint stock commercial bank “Hi-Tech Bank” distributed net income of the bank for 2010-2011 at the size of 3.076 billion soums.
According to the decision of the shareholders, the bank will direct 137.876 million soums to formation of reserve fund and 2.4 billion soums to increasing charter capital through raising par value of shares.
The bank said that the charter capital will grow by 2.4 billion soums to 14.4 billion soums. The par value of shares will make up 1,200 soums against 1,000 soums.
Stakeholders kept other part of the net income for the size of 538.119 million undistributed, the bank said.
