Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A new software system HET BILLING\ has been launched in Uzbekistan.

The new platform allows consumers to make online payments for electricity and monitor their consumption data through a personal account, according to the press service of the Regional Electric Networks (RЭС).

The updated system enables residents to access their electricity bill information directly, including payment details, daily consumption, and other necessary information via the internet.

Company representatives noted that the implementation of the system involved several technical processes, which is why it was carried out in stages and took longer than expected. They also apologized to consumers for any inconvenience caused.

It was previously reported that the company would be rolling out the new platform from 31 July to 5 August 2024.
