Head of UzACI’s Special Emergency-Reconstruction Department appointed

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Colonel Uktam Akhmedov was appointed as the head of Special Emergency-Reconstruction Department of the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information (UzACI).

Ministry of Defence of Uzbekistan and the UzACI adopted a corresponding joint decree, the UzACI said.

Prior to appointment, Akhmedov worked as the head of Communication Department of the Defence Ministry of Uzbekistan.

Akhmedov replaced colonel Dmitriy Goldman, who retired due to his age.
