Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Hayot Bank plans to issue common shares for a total amount of 150 billion soums for additional capitalization.

The bank intends to place 150 million shares with a par value of thousands of soums each. The shares will be placed by private subscription.

Now the authorized capital of Hayot Bank is 200 billion soums.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a law on a gradual increase in the minimum amount of authorized capital. From the beginning of April, this figure should be 350 billion soums, and from the beginning of January 2025 - 500 billion soums.
