Narodnoye Slovo newspaper reported that Korean Air constructed the housing estate for its employees and foreign investors, working in Navoi region.

The estate area is 18,000 square meters and comprises of three original buildings on architecture and design.

The estate has 51 comfortable flats, business center, fitness club, pool, sauna, restaurant and bar. The estate has all necessary conditions for effective work and good rest of specialists.

The climate conditions of Navoi region were taken into account at design process and its walls have thermal protection, which will save energy on heating and air conditioning.

The flats are equipped with automatic heating and air conditioning management system, which allows to keep optimal temperature in hot or cold weathers.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Korean Air President Chi Chang-hoon said that new object will help to develop mutual beneficial cooperation between Uzbekistan and South Korea on many areas, including logistic and air transportations, including via Navoi multimodal logistic center. He said that the complex will play key role at attracting foreign investors to the Navoi free industrial-economic zone.
