Gulomjon Ibragimov dismissed from the post of khokim of Tashkent region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Gulomjon Ibrahimov was relieved of his post as khokim of Tashkent region due to his transfer to another position for health reasons.

President of Uzbekistan signed a corresponding decree on 4 June. Ibragimov worked as a khokim of Tashkent region since January 2018.

Rustam Kholmatov was appointed as acting head of the region. Prior to this appointment, he worked as the first deputy governor of Tashkent region on water and agriculture issues.
