Gulnara Karimova hands over awards, grants to craftsmen
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Author of the project Bazar-Art Gulnara Karimova handed over diplomas and prizes, as well as grants to craftsmen from Uzbekistan.

Autumn exhibition-fair Bazar-Art completed on Monday, 26 November, with awarding ceremony. This year, the exhibition was attended by 150 craftsmen from various regions of Uzbekistan.

Gulnara Karimova handed over diplomas and prizes in eight nominations. Six participants of Bazar-Art received encouraging prizes from various organizations and special prize from Fund Forum.

Painter on china Rimma Gazaliyeva from Tashkent received a grant for 6 million soums from Guli brand for development of contemporary decorative applied art and creation of art china studio under the "IJOD" Association of artists, art critics and craftsmen of Uzbekistan.

The winners in main nominations:

"Master of traditional coinage" - Jurabek Siddiqov (Bukhara)
"Master of paintings and miniatures" - Jasur Bahodir (Tashkent)

"Master of carving" - Mirsaid Nigmatov (Tashkent)
"Master of jewelry" - Ramiz Azizov (Tashkent)
"Master of ceramics" - Vahobzhon Buvaev (Namangan)
"Master of traditional embroidery" - Surayo Khalilova (Bukhara)
"For the preservation of tradition in modern image" - Rassiya Dzhumaniyazova (Tashkent).

Consolation prizes:

Encouragement Prize from the Association of designers and fashion "Osiyo Ramzi"- Mirzabahrom Abduvahobov, ceramic artist (Andijan);
Encouragement Prize of the Youth Creativity Palace - Otabek Tillyaev, jeweler (Samarkand)
Encouragement Prize from the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Uzbekistan - Mirabbos Sagdullayev, master ofstamping (Tashkent);
Encouragement Prize from the Enterprise "Ustozoda" - Mirgiyoz Pulatov, master of paintings and miniatures (Tashkent);
Special prize from the Fund Forum - Khayriddin Mukhiddinov, master of paintings and miniatures (Tashkent), and Farid Narziev, master of traditional embroidery (Bukhara).
