The online appointment system is designed to assist travellers in booking a visa appointment at their convenience, to provide information about the required documentation and especially to reduce waiting periods in the visa sections.

The online system is in German, Russia, English and Uzbek versions. The Embassy said that the travellers should familiarize with requirements for visa submission to avoid re-appointment and visa processing period.

From 1 March 2013, preliminary registration via phone will be abolished. The Embassy will not accept people, who did not submitted application online.
