"We prepared 99 types of food for the festival, – says Elyor Atajanov, a chef from Ellikkala district. – Dishes prepared from fish were also liked by foreign tourists. They were surprised to see that they could cook so many dishes from one fish."

During the festival, in addition to the presentation of food, exhibitions of local artisans were also shown. Also, a concert program and other entertainment events were presented by national pop and folklore performers, national dance ensemble.

According to the results of the gastronomic festival "99 types of dishes from Aral’s fish", the 1st place was taken by Beruni district, the 2nd place by Kungirot district, and the 3rd place by Amudaryo district. The winners were duly awarded.
