During her visit, French Senator met Senator Sadyk Safaev, who is chairperson of the Committee on foreign affairs of Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan. She also held talks with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov.

At the meeting, the sides discussed issues of inter-parliamentary French-Uzbek cooperation and next stages of its development, as well as visit of French Senators to Uzbekistan in 2013. The sides welcomed development of parliamentary cooperation.

Nathalie Goulet also visited French school in Tashkent, French Institute in Uzbekistan and familiarized with students.
