Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Dilshod Rasulov, Deputy Chairman of Uzbekistan's Chamber of Commerce and Industry, held a meeting with a business delegation led by Tran Dang Hoa, President of Vietnam's FPT Corporation.

FPT Corporation, founded in 1998, is Vietnam’s leading IT company, headquartered in Hanoi. The company employs 70,000 specialists and operates in 19 countries, including the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Slovakia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. Its partners include major global companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Data Card, Siemens, Airbus, and Amazon, with an annual turnover of $5 billion.

The meeting focused on exploring cooperation opportunities between Uzbekistan and Vietnam and the favorable conditions being created in Uzbekistan’s IT sector.

Discussions also covered attracting investments to Uzbekistan, implementing joint IT projects, and training specialists.

An agreement was reached to establish an FPT Corporation representative office in Uzbekistan, which will serve the entire Central Asian region. Additionally, the company plans to launch outsourcing services targeting various regions and countries.
