The forum is aimed at providing opportunities for leading specialists, state bodies, businesses and other institute to share their achievements and experience in the software industry, discussing perspectives of development and introduction of software products.

Representatives of state bodies, parliament, software developers, integrators, content managers, educational establishments and others attended the event.

The forum was held in two sections: trends and perspectives of software industry development in Uzbekistan and IT education.

Participants considered issues of optimizing regulation of industry, popularization and promotion of successful projects on creation and introduction of software, training of specialists, etc.

According to official data, some 235 enterprises operate in software industry. Currently, about 294 software products were registered in Uzbekistan.
