Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Foreign Ministries of Uzbekistan and Kuwait have signed a Memorandum of Understanding concerning the cooperation of diplomatic institutions.

The signing of the document took place following a meeting between Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov and Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya.

During the meeting, key issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed.

Bakhtiyor Saidov emphasized that the partnership between Uzbekistan and Kuwait has significant potential yet to be fully realized.

He noted that promoting economic relations, increasing connectivity between our regions, stimulating regular exchanges, creating a solid legal framework, strengthening public diplomacy, and enhancing human resources remain our priorities.
