Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The meeting took place ahead of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s official visit to the UAE.

During the talks, Bakhtiyor Saidov highlighted the ongoing dynamic development and strengthening of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the UAE.

The parties discussed key issues of bilateral relations, as well as current topics of multilateral cooperation and plans for 2025.

It is worth noting that on 13 January, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in the UAE on an official visit to explore prospects for strategic partnership between the two nations.
