The tournament is directed at supporting women’s football in Uzbekistan. It is organized by Uzbekistan Women’s Football Asociation in cooperation with the Embassy of Germany in Uzbekistan.

Students of Tashkent Medical Academy, Inha University in Tashkent, Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent, Uzbek State University of World Languages, Tashkent State Pedagogical University, Institute of art and design named after Kamoliddin Behzod, Tashkent University of Information Technologies and branch of Russian State University of oil and gas named after Gubkin in Tashkent will participate in the tournament.

The group stage of the tournament will be held on 22-24 June, while semifinal matches will take place on 26 June. The final game will be held at Bunyodkor stadium on 28 June.
