Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  On 12 September 2024, Tashkent hosted the first meeting of the heads of ministries and agencies from Uzbekistan and Türkiye in the 3+3 format.

Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister, Bakhtiyor Saidov, highlighted that this meeting represents a significant step in strengthening cooperation between the two countries.

He emphasized that this interaction format provides a solid foundation for the dynamic development of their fraternal relations.

During the meeting, representatives from Uzbekistan and Türkiye discussed key issues of bilateral cooperation, regional and global challenges, effective methods for combating threats, and numerous other relevant topics.

The parties agreed to continue and expand this format of interaction in the future.
