Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 23 January at 7:49 PM, a fire broke out on the terrace of a nine-story building located on Batyr Zakirov Street within the Toshkent City area, according to the Emergency Situations Department.

Firefighters arrived at the scene within four minutes, at 7:53 PM. The fire was contained by 8:03 PM and fully extinguished by 8:05 PM.

Emergency services reported no casualties or injuries.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire and assess the material damage.
