Shareholders of the bank adopted decision on emission of 42.273 million ordinary shares with par value of 108.5 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 4.587 billion soums.

According to the decision of shareholders, all shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription to the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan.

The charter capital of Qishloq Qurilish Bank makes up 181.136 billion soums now. It consists of 1.669 billion ordinary shares with par value of 108.5 soums each, of which 1.66 billion are ordinary stocks and 9 million – preferred shares.
