Finance Ministry places treasury obligations for 219.4m soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Auction on placement of the state mid-term treasury obligations, issue No. 26055UMFS F from 7 April 2010 (repayment on 4 April 2012, maturity term - 728 days) was held at the Uzbek Currency Market on 7 April 2010.
Announce interest rate was 5.7% APR, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan said on 14 April 2010.
The volume of issue, announced by the Finance Ministry of Uzbekistan, made up 1 billion soums, the bank said.
At the auction, the applications at the 100% to nominal were accepted. The volume of competitive and non-competitive applications comprised 219.41 million soums on nominal value. The competitive applications made up 219.41 million soums on par value.
The bank said the competitive applications were fully satisfied and obligations for 219.41 billion soums were realized at the auction.
