According to Microcreditbank, Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan will purchase 20,131,086 ordinary shares of the bank.

At the same time, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan will acquire 10,018,726 ordinary stocks of the Microcreditbank.

Within the emission Microcreditbank places 37,453,184 ordinary shares with par value of 1,068 soums each. Total sum of issue is over 40 billion soums.

In the result, the charter capital of the bank will reach 200.2 billion soums.
