Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Today, on 23 October, the fifty-ninth plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan commenced in Tashkent.

Participants include members of the Senate, government officials, representatives from ministries and agencies, members of the Youth Parliament under the Senate, and media representatives.

The plenary session is chaired by the Chairwoman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, Tanzila Narbaeva.
