Ferghana Region and Shenzhen Delegation Discuss Investment Cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A business forum was held in the city of Ferghana with the participation of a delegation of investors from the city of Shenzhen in the People’s Republic of China. The sides discussed prospects for expanding bilateral economic cooperation and implementing joint investment initiatives.

The event took place at the Ferghana Expo international exhibition complex, which operates as an Investor Service Center. The forum was attended by members of the Chinese delegation, local entrepreneurs, as well as representatives of industrial enterprises and business circles of the region.

During the discussions, the parties considered opportunities for introducing modern technologies, developing industrial cooperation, and establishing new joint ventures. Special attention was given to increasing export potential and expanding investment interaction between the regions.

Participants of the forum emphasized the importance of strengthening mutually beneficial partnership and the consistent development of economic ties.

Following the event, the sides reached an agreement to continue cooperation and further develop new areas of joint work in investment and industrial sectors.
