Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tashkent Fashion Week-2019 opened in the capital. The main organizer of Fashion Week is the Association of Designers of the Republic of Uzbekistan OSIYO RAMZI, with the assistance of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the development of tourism.

The creative project “Tashkent Fashion Week-2019” provides a unique opportunity to showcase their collections to professional designers and “Fashion Houses” and to provide information on trends in the fashion world.

Fashion for tourism is of particular importance - it is one of the main criteria in choosing a destination in travel. Uzbek national fabrics are of great interest to the international community and world fashion houses, and Uzbek designers, in turn, are trying to bring new elements to modern fashion, while preserving national traditions.

In Uzbekistan, every year more and more talents are revealed in the fashion industry, which attract an increasing number of tourists. The program “Tashkent Fashion Week 2019” includes: #beyoung - competition of young designers; Copyright displays of Uzbek and foreign designers; Tashkent Fashion Performance; Festival "National dress"; Exhibition of Uzbek fabrics and Uzbek traditional costume; Master classes and training seminars from leading foreign and domestic designers.

Within the framework of the Week, it is planned to organize an exhibition of Uzbek art and industrial fabrics and products of brand designers of Uzbekistan. The week will continue until 24 November 2019.
