According to the company, EVO is cooperating with the specialists of Korea Telecom (South Korea) and Huawei (China) within the project.

EVO will launch a technology of combined sectors at existing network for the first time in Uzbekistan. The technology will help to expand capacity by 50% in the central part of the city.

The second carrier frequency has been activated on the base stations in the center of Tashkent city as the part of the fourth-generation network upgrade. This will improve network capacity and quality of Internet access.

The company said that new modernization will increase reliability and speed of provided Internet services to the consumers.
