On his new position Eugene will be responsible for the development and operation of mobile and fixed networks, as well as broadband Internet access.

Eugene Klyuchev was born in Nizhny Novgorod. He graduated from Nizhny Novgorod state University. n.a. Lobachevsky in "Radiophysics and electronics" and "Entrepreneurship in scientific and technical sphere". Eugene has 11 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including 10 years in senior positions. His career began in 2003 in the"Tele2-Nizhny Novgorod" company, ranking first as an engineer at the base stations, and then the position of Technical Director. In 2007, Eugene was awarded the nomination - "Best Employee of the technical service." In 2011, Eugene was appointed on the position - General Director of "Kaliningrad Mobile Networks", which is a subsidiary of Skylink - the Russian cellular operator. In 2012 Klyuchev was the Deputy Director of the Samara branch of the mobile business in OJSC Rostelecom - one of the largest telecommunications companies in Russia. Recently, Eugene has worked as technical director of JSC RT-Mobile – the affiliated company of Rostelecom.

From 30 December 2014, Eugene Klyuchev is the Technical Director of Beeline in Uzbekistan.
