EU envoys hold talks at Uzbekistan’s MFA

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 5 March 2013, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting with ambassadors of European states and the head of the Delegation of European Union.

The Uzbek ministry said that Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland George Edgar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic François Gauthier, Head of the Delegation of European Union Ambassador Yuri Sterk, Deputy Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany Torsten Geller attended the talks.

During the meeting the issues of a regional character were discussed, the Uzbek ministry added.
