Elektrohimzavod increases charter capital to 671m soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Elektrohimzavod, an Uzbek-Panamanian joint venture in form of closed joint stock company and produce of plants chemicals protection means and mineral fertilizers, increased its charter capital up to 670.68 million soums.

The company said it registered third emission of ordinary shares at the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market.

The company issued 72,900 ordinary shares with par value of 9,200 soums each. Total volume of the emission made up 670.68 million soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders of the joint venture on par value.

The charter capital is increased through raising par value of shares from 700 soums to 9,200 soums. At the same time, the difference between old and new shares will be paid due to undistributed income.

Navoi electrochemical plant has been founded in 1971 to produce plants chemical protection means like fungicide, herbicide and others. It was reorganized into Uzbek-Panamanian joint venture in form of closed joint stock company Elektrohimzavod in 1994.
