MPs considered a draft law “On introduction of changes to law “On execution of judicial acts and acts of other bodies” in connection with adoption of law “On realtor activity”.

The law is aimed at regulating issues on realization of arrested property. The article 3 of the law sets that realtor activity is conducted by realtor organization in line with special license. The law sets that realtor organizations cannot conduct other activities.

The article 56 of the law “On execution of judicial acts and acts of other bodies” says that the exchanges realize cars, real estate, lands, uncompleted buildings, rights to long-term rent for intellectual property and others through auctions. But, the exchanges cannot realize real estate and rights to them as they cannot work as realtor activity.

In this connection draft law offers to introduce changes to articles 56 and 63 of the law, which envisage realization of arrested real estate via realtor organizations and arrested cars through special trade organizations.

After that, MPs considered a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan in connection with further reforming judicial-legal system”.

The draft law stipulates order, in line with which courts will consider solicitation on release from his duties of charged, defendant and placement of person to medical establishment.

MPs considered a draft law “On introduction of changes to article 249 of the Code of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility”.

Introduction of changes to article 249 of the Code is connected with harmonization of legal acts on activities of state anti-fire control bodies.

They also discussed a law “On introduction of changes and amendments to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan”, which was submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan.

The draft law introduces changes to the first level of single tariff for labour payment. The law introduces changes to Labour Code, Law “On Farm Entities”, Law “On private enterprise”, Tax Code, etc.

During the session, MPs discussed the laws and adopted decision on approval of the documents in the first reading.
