Domestic quarrel turned into murder in Samarkand

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 4 March 2019, at 00-45 hours citizen E.S., residing at Shirok street, Samarkand city, being in the house of her civil husband M.A., in Gagarin street, during quarrels with her husband, resulting from their use of alcohol with a kitchen knife, injured him in the shoulder and abdomen and disappeared from the scene.

As a result of the injuries M.A. died in hospital.

On the same day, the city prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case against E.S.under Part 1 of Article 97 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Investigative actions are underway.
