Dmitry Resh was born in Barnaul in 1980. He graduated several universities in Russia and Germany.

He worked for such companies as Neva Chupa Chups, SanInterbryu, Anhoizer-Bush InBev, BaltiyskiyBereg, Oyedineniyi sistemi, etc.

Dmitry Resh has been appointed as a director of the Tashkent regional branch of the largest communication operator Beeline in September 2013.
