Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — An online hybrid conference titled "Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan: New Perspectives on Mutually Beneficial Cooperation" will be held in Tashkent on 27 August.
The event is organized by the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in collaboration with the Center for Analysis of International Relations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The conference will focus on discussing the results of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, to Uzbekistan.
Participants will include heads of diplomatic missions from Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, as well as leaders and experts from leading analytical and research centers of both countries.
The agenda will cover the current state of Uzbek-Azerbaijani cooperation, prospects for expanding trade and economic interactions, and the development of transport and logistics connectivity between the two nations.
