Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 June 2024, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bahromjon Aloyev held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Abdul Latif bin Rashid al-Zayani.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of member states of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC).
The parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of Uzbek-Bahraini relations in political, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian, and other spheres.
It was noted that Uzbekistan and Bahrain have significant potential for further development of multifaceted bilateral cooperation.
In this context, mutual interest was expressed in enhancing cooperation in all areas of common interest and implementing joint mutually beneficial projects.
