Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin could not advance to the second round of Qatar ExxonMobile Open in Doha.
In the first round of the tournament, Denis Istomin lost to world number 7 Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic in straight sets 6/1 and 6/4.
