Denis Istomin loses to Fernando Verdasco

Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin could not qualify to the second round of the Madrid Masters, after losing to Spaniard Fernando Verdasco.
In the first round match, Istomin lost to the 15th seeded Fernando Verdasco in straight sets 7:5, 6:2.
In the second round, Fernando Verdasco will face Alejandro Falla of Colombia.
