Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  On 21–22 November, a delegation from Uzbekistan’s Agency for Strategic Reforms, led by Director Bahodir Rakhmatov, paid a working visit to Astana at the invitation of Kazakhstan’s Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms (ASPR).

During the visit, meetings were held with the leadership of ASPR, Kazakhstan’s National Bureau of Statistics, the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, Nazarbayev University, and the Astana International Financial Centre.

Discussions focused on cooperation in strategic planning, civil service reforms, education, science, and finance. Particular emphasis was placed on implementing the Memorandum of Understanding between ASPR and Uzbekistan’s Agency for Strategic Reforms, aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.

The visit contributed to the further development of the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
