The visit is aimed at presenting tourism opportunities of Uzbekistan to tourism businesses of Japan, distributing advertisement and information materials about Uzbekistan to promote Uzbekistan in tourism market of Japan.

The delegation of Uzbekistan will also hold negotiations with the ministries and departments of Japan on increasing frequency of flights “Tashkent-Tokyo-Tashkent” conducted by Uzbekistan Havo Yollari through creating convenient time schedule and beneficial docking flights and launching flights to Central Asia, CIS, Middle East based on demands of the Japanese consumers.

The Uzbek delegation includes representative of Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Uzbekistan Havo Yollari, Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan, Uzinfoinvest, Advertisement agency Buyuk Ipak Yoli, private tourism companies - Asia adventures and Dolores travel services.

The Uzbek delegation will stay in Tokyo till 20 December 2013.
