Delegation of US Congress visits Uzbek Foreign Ministry

The US delegation arrived in Uzbekistan to participate an international conference “Development of parliamentarism: experience of Uzbekistan and the United States”.

During the meeting the sides discussed issues of the Uzbek-US relations. It was said parliamentary cooperation is an important part of the bilateral relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

James Patrick Moran shared his impressions with the visit to Uzbekistan and opening ceremony of the Ninth international music festival Sharq Taronalari in Samarkand.

The sides exchanged opinion on international and regional issues.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America George Krol took part in the talks.
