Delegation of Malaysian Senate visits Uzbekistan

At the talks, the sides underlined that cooperation between Uzbekistan and Malaysia is developing in all spheres, including in parliamentarism, UzA reported.

During the negotiations, the sides exchanged opinion on issues of strengthening cooperation between legislative bodies of Uzbekistan and Malaysia.

They also considered issues of developing inter-parliamentary relations, exchanging experience in law-making and other issues of mutual interest.

Tan Sri Abu Zahar bin Dato’ Nika Ujang said: “We are ready that relations between Uzbekistan and Malaysia are developing gradually in all spheres. We are interested in further strengthening mutual beneficial cooperation and friendship ties between our countries.”
