Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Deconext cladding materials factory has opened in the Chirchik Technopark, built in cooperation with Russia, according to a press release from the Tashkent region administration.
The factory will produce decorative paper, melamine and phenolic films for coating wooden surfaces, as well as CPL plastic. The total cost of the project was about US$1.3 million.
The enterprise will produce 250,000 square meters of products annually, worth 80 billion soums, with the majority of the output directed for export. The factory will create 50 new jobs.
