Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Uzbekistan Stock Exchange plans to carry out a transaction with shares of Universal Bank. This is stated in the message of the exchange.

Within the framework of the transaction, 4,182,980 shares of the bank will be sold, which is 13.94% of the bank’s authorized capital.

The proposed price per share in negotiations with potential investors will be 5,000 soums per share (the par value of one share is 5,000 soums).

At a price of 5,000 soums per share, the deal could amount to more than 20.91 billion soums.
