Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Embassy of Japan in the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the assistance of the Cinematography Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presents the Days of Japanese Films, which will be held at the Yoshlar Ijod Saroyi Youth Creativity Palace from 24 to 26 March, dedicated to 30 anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Uzbekistan.

The program will feature six works by Japanese directors that tell about current life problems and ways to solve them, about the everyday life of Japanese youth, about the birth of love, the emergence of friendship and mutual understanding between people, about the daily joys and difficulties of ordinary people.

The opening ceremony of Japanese Film Days will be held on 24 March at 18:00 and will begin with the screening of the film "Ninja and the Cat". The historical comedy directed by Takeshi Watanabe tells about the adventures of the protagonist with his fluffy cat, which looks like his father. This film is unique in that it gives an idea of the life and struggle of ninja, which are now almost impossible to meet in Japan, and the funny episodes of the film cheer up the viewer.

The adventures of the Ninja and the cat will impress both cat lovers and martial arts lovers.
