According to the decision of the shareholders, the bank will direct 500 million soums to reserve fund and 3.6 billion soums to payment of dividends. The shareholders also ordered the board of the bank to pay dividend tax (10%).

The size of the dividend per share makes up 1,846.15 soums, which makes up 18.46% from par value of share (10,000 soums). Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, is 1.95 million units.

In 2012, Davr-Bank paid dividends at the size of 1,500 soums per share (15% to nominal). At that time, the bank has 1.5 million shares.
