Davis Cup: Uzbekistan leads in South Korea

In the opening match of the day, Uzbekistan’s top player Denis Istomin defeated Yong-Kyu Lim in four sets. Istomin lost the first set - 4:6, but won next three - 6:1, 7:5, 6:2.

Farrukh Dustov faced Young-Jun Kim in the second match. As Istomin, Dustov lost the first set 6:7(6), but clinched next three 7:5, 6:3 and 6:3.

On Saturday, Denis Istomin will pair Murad Inoyatov to face Kyu-Tae Im and Hyun-Joon Kim. Uzbekistan will keep its place in Group I in case of victory in this match or other to single matches, which will be held on Sunday.
