During the meeting, it was noted that relations between Uzbekistan and the Czech Republic are developing in many areas, including in parliamentarism. The parliament delegations are regularly holding meeting to develop cooperation in this direction.

The sides exchanged opinion on issues related to development of interaction between upper houses of parliament of two states. The guests also familiarized with activity of the bicameral parliament of Uzbekistan.

On the same day, the Czech delegation held talks with the Speaker of Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Dilorom Tashmuhamedova.

The delegation also held talks with the chairperson of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Alisher Shayhov. The sides discussed current state and perspective of trade-economic and investment cooperation, development of ties among businesses of two states.
