The consultations will be held within interaction of the Czech Embassy in Tashkent. The project is financed by the Czech Government via its Czech Trust Fund under UNDP.
Мilan Oleríny, a Czech expert, will participate at the consultations. He was sent to Uzbekistan by AECOM CZ. Czech Embassy in Tashkent said that his task is to offer pilot project, which will determine key approaches on deceasing electricity and water consumption with ecologic situation at Zarafshan river.
The project is aimed at developing strategy of investments to energy sector and modernization of water irrigation system, based on the Czech experience, directed at saving electricity and water, decreasing emission to water and “carbon footprint” of energy sector in Zarafshan river basin.
The task is to develop a project of systematic training for public servants, including for employees of Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management of Uzbekistan and Uzbekenergo.
