Credit Unions Association has held talks with the management of Umid, Inom, Mador, Invest Credit, Shark Yulduzi, Hazina, Finance Plus, Imkon, Oltin Vodiy, and Capital Union credit unions.
The meeting was aimed to discuss the involvement of a greater number of credit unions in the process of the development of the CU system as a whole, expanding the range of Association’s members, and raising the status of its current member-candidates.
As a result, credit unions Inom and Mador expressed their interest in acquiring the status of constant members of the Association, and Umid filed an application for becoming a constant member of the Association.
In line with the Council’s decision and internal procedures, the Association’s Analysis Service has carried out the analysis of the unions’ activity and checked their compliance with the criteria and requirements set for the members of the Association.
The results of the examination confirmed that the abovementioned credit unions correspond to the criteria for constant membership in the Association and if the Council of the Association approves their membership, the number of the Association’s members will total 10.
Also, following the work meetings with the management of Shark Yulduzi, Agronur and Invest Credit CUs, the latter expressed official interest in membership in the Association in the form of candidate-members.
