Credit Standard Bank to place shares for 8.64bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint stock commercial bank Credit Standard (Credit Standard Bank) registered additional emission of shares for 8.64 billion soums.

The Center for securities market of Uzbekistan registered prospectus of emission at the end of August 2010.

In line with the emission, the bank will issue 24,000 ordinary shares with par value of 360,000 soums each.

The shares will be placed among existing shares without signing any deals. The shares are placed due to undistributed income of the bank for 2003-2009 for 8.64 billion soums.

Open Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Credit-Standard" was founded on 16 August 2003. Assets of the bank made up 259.1 billion soums as of 1 April 2010. The bank’s net income in 2009 was 6.288 billion soums. The charter capital is 11.52 billion soums.

As earlier reported, the bank is also plans to emit 11,200 preferential stocks with nominal value of 360,000 soums each. Total volume makes up 4.032 billion soums.
